Jackson is simply divine, he absolutely loves going for a walk and jumps around crying and talking to you while you're putting the lead on him.The rest of the time he's happy just being with you and curling up next to you on the couch for a snooze!! He's friendly with everyone (with 2 and 4 legs), he eats anything he's given and is toilet trained. He's won everyone over (that Jack Russell's are pretty great dogs), he's a little unsure of the cat but I think would easily adjust to having a cat around. I think he would be best suited to a home with a doggy buddy. Jackson is around 2 years of age, and is a wonderful little boy.
If you think you would like to adopt Jackson, please fill out the information form and submit it, then we can get back to you.
Hi my name is Misty and I'm still looking for my soul mate, someone to spend the rest of my life with. I had put this search on hold for a couple of weeks while I attended some training, but now I'm ready to get myself back out there.
Things have changed a little since I first put my profile up.
I love long walks, and enjoy company. I'm very active and I love to play. I'm healthy and easy going. I eat well and sleep well.
I've been told I have a big personality for such a little girl and I'm very friendly and bubbly. I'm always nice to the people I meet, young and old. I hate to blow my own trumpet, but everyone I meet just seem to fall in love with me. I adore attention and hugs but I'm not at all overbearing.
I'm living happily with my foster sister a bigger border collie girl at the moment and we instantly bonded, however I get myself over excited if I meet other dogs when out and about and can be bossy, particularly with other smaller dogs. At training I love to play with the big Italian Greyhounds, but when a new smaller dog comes along, I can sound and act like a bit of a bully.
I am going to training to work on my socialisation skills and I am improving, I'm learning to focus and have other dogs around, but it's not an overnight fix and I still get over excited around strange dogs, getting over this will take time.
I'm a fairly low maintenance, no fuss girl. I have natural shiny metallic silver tips with black roots that need little work to look great. A quick brush and perhaps a very occasional trip to the salon, but hey I'm not dictated by fashion, a home haircut once in a while wouldn't bother me just to keep my fringe out of my eyes.
The nice people I'm staying with say I'm lovely and easy to get along with. They're happy with my manners inside their house. I'm hygienic and respect their house rules especially if you keep my meal times regular. I'm a very smart little girl, I wait nicely for my meals, I can sit, drop, I've just learn to roll over and high five. I even wait nicely at the open door until I'm invited in.
My ideal home would be somewhere with a dog I get along with, I can be a really fun, playful girl with dogs I like, or I don't mind being with a family that doesn't have a dog if they're home a fair bit. I can be left on my own, but I do need plenty of chew toys, kongs and treats or I can get a little mischievous - hey what can I say, I'm young. I also need to be with someone who is willing to persevere with my socialisation training.
If you think you may be my soul mate I'd love to hear from you, please fill out the information form at www.rescuedwithlove.org and if I think you may be my soul mate too someone will get back to you.
Mr Pippi is a man of simple needs & few demands. Two meals a day, 1-2 walks & lots of human companionship!
A gentle natured soul, he is most happy with structure & routine. He prefers accompanied walks that stick to the path (with the occasional sniffing of the “roses”) to the sometimes overwhelming socialising of off lead parks and doesn’t seem particularly fond of variety. He likes to play with his toys with a human, but is not overly interested in playing with other dogs. He loves his food & has the build to prove it (currently on a diet!). Chicken wings are a favourite! At the end of the day, Mr Pippi likes to curl up on the couch alongside his human. He will sit at your feet with his little head perched on the edge of the couch and with his big eyes asking permission to jump up & join you where he will stay until bedtime.
If you are interested in adopting Mr. Pippi please fill out the information form. Due to the high volume of inquiries we do not respond to individual contact. If your application covers our dogs' needs you will be contacted within 7-10 days.

Jack Happy is just the sweetest, smiliest little boy you could hope to know. He has the most beautiful and soulful brown eyes that will have you in love with him in no time at all! Jack Happy may be small but he is brimming with personality and has lots of love and licks to share! He would love to live with another young and playful small dog and a family that will give him lots of attention and cuddles. He's as good as gold and will settle on his bed each night without protest. He loves his dinner, his walks, being held for cuddles and wrestling playfully with his doggie foster brother. He's definitely here for the good times!
Jack Happy will make a loving family pet, or companion for someone who is at home most of the time. Since he is so small he may be better suited to gentle older children than littlies. He has a grade 3-4 heart murmur that at this stage requires no intervention or medication and doesn't stop him from smiling and having loads of fun!
If you are interested in adopting Jack Happy please fill out the Information Form. Should your application be successful you will be contacted within 7-10 days. Thankyou.

Elmo is a loving and kind little boy who would love to have someone home with him all the time. He likes to play particularly with little girl doggie mates, but chases cats, so will need a cat free home. He loves walks on the leash, rides in the car and a game of tug! Elmo was ignored in a backyard for most of his life, so is really enjoying good food and good company, just like we all do! Elmo would like an active home with lots of interesting outings and would cope very well with older children too.
He will need regularly grooming and brushing to keep him looking gorgeous. If you are interested in adopting Elmo please fill out the Information form and if we think you could be suitable for Elmo we will contact you within 7-10 days.
Lucia is still a puppy after missing out on 5 months of training and love while being abandoned by her owners in a boarding kennel, so she needs all the patience and attention of a new puppy. She is happy, full of beans, and loves chasing toys, tug of war, and jumping from couch to couch while you try to catch her. She loves to talk and play most of all.
She is good with children and other dogs, and loves a cuddle while recharging her batteries. She is not quite toilet trained, but uses the doggy door when it suits her, and often forgets to come back inside. You can see by her figure that she loves her food (and yours too!) but that will improve with excercise now that she has room to run around.
Lucia will need regular grooming and her new owners will need to be prepared to take her to training as part of her adoption process. If you are interested in adopting Lucia please fill out the information form. Successful applicants will be contacted within 7-10 days.

Rafferty is the healthiest 12 year old boy who walks like a 2 year old when out for a walk! He is a very kind and gentle boy, who likes other dogs, but dislikes cats enormously. He is quite independant and enjoys cuddles, but doesn't need to be fussed over all day long.
Rafferty is a very loyal and happy boy who would love a home where he could keep you company and enjoy life if you have the time to show him! He will need regular grooming to keep him looking tip top. Raffy is indeed a gorgeous boy who would be happy forever with a family of his own.
If you are interested in Raffy please fill out the information form. We will contact you between 7-10 days if your application is suitable.

Bella is a beautiful 11 year old Maltese x Poodle. She has had a horrible life and is very shy as a result. She will take a little while to settle in to a new home but once there will bond quickly with her new family. Bella needs to be with someone who has alot of patience and is willing to put in the time needed to make her feel secure and loved. She would be best suited to a single person or a couple who spend alot of time at home and would provide her with a routine to ensure she feels safe. She is NOT suitable for children as she can be nervous and needs a calm, quiet environment. She is great with other dogs and cats and walks well on lead. She loves going out in the car to visit friends. She is housetrained and sleeps in her own little bed in the bedroom.
If you are interested in adopting Bella, please fill in the application form and if your application is suitable we will get back to you within 7-10 days.
