and were the owners prosecuted or were they cowards who dumped them anonymously? i bet i know the answer...

These two terribly neglected dogs were dumped in a recycling bin to die
after their usefullness of breeding was over.
After long rehabilitations and many medical procedures they are now both
very loved by their new owners and look like different dogs now that they have
full coats of fur again.
