Last night, Anthony found a mass in Sammy's tummy. It is an agressive cancer that has attacked his liver and other organs. I could make him go through surgery and chemo, but I would be doing it for selfish reasons..... 2 years ago I promised Sam that he would be loved, and that he would not die alone..... I have loved him enough for a lifetime in those 2 years, although it's still not enough. Today I have to keep the other part of my promise...... Run free my Sam-Sam..... 7/9/10

Tears, Tears I was so moved by this - We just need to put this message out there - we need to start educating children in the school rooms from a young age that life is precious and empathy is so important and hopefully this will drift through to their parents! and the children as they grow up
