Mitchell Shire Puppy Farm application

Posted by knorman on July 29, 2010 at 12:25 AM

The application for another puppy farm in Mitchell Shire has been withdrawn!

While it could be re applied for, this is significant in itself.  We can only wonder if the pressure from those opposing and the media articles of late have had a positive impact on this issue.

thankyou to all of those who sent a letter to Mitchell Shire.

kindest regards

Wonderful news and well done to every one who wrote and objected.
One less, but so many more still operating and so many dogs suffering a life of misery.

Fantastic news!!
A dull day, a sad day, a frustrating day - but everything seems bright when a small furry object hurls into your arms and tells you how very glad she is to see you home.

We don't often have a chance to prevent the hell holes from opening so
its great this proposal was withdrawn. We usually just pick up the pieces
at the other end of the breeding process.
