Please write in and follow the guidelines laid out by Debra Trantor of the ALV in regards to writing to Mitchell Shire Council.
This must be done by Monday at the latest.

Here we are again, another puppy factory in the planning stages. Another farm where the aim is to make easy money from innocent lives with no regard to their welfare at all.
It seems some factories runs n the family so they must be very lucrative to all concerned, eg the Meredith hell hole is run by the 2nd generation.
Here the applicant is the daughter of John Mccarrey, a man who is currently being investigated for breaches of the Code, and been inflicting cruelty on animals for a long time without censure ,so now we have his daughter to carry on this evil trade.
It seems to me if you cant even get the planns up to Code standards then how can the public have confidence that the practises, regulations
and care given will be adequate and humane. The plans proposed are
clearly for the breeders benefit, not the animals who have no choice but to serve their masters by producing thousands of pups for the national and international trade.
There is not even an attempt to have this breeding establishment any where near the appropriament standards and now is the time for as many people as possible to prevent another hell hole from starting up in Victoria..
Hopefully the Mitchell council will see through these plans and see how unecessary and cruel puppy factories are.Please take the time to forward
your objections urgently.

I have sent my email also . We need to all add our support to closing these horror places and getting council to realise the public won't support new applications.

Laws on animals seem pointless in this country as no one seems to enforce them. The dreadful cruelty involved in Puppy Farms is beyond belief.
I have sent my email and inform anyone who will listen about this terrible practice. People are generally shocked and can't understand why it is allowed to continue.I TELL THEM YOU CAN HELP. Write to your local councils , government bodies and tell them your concerns.Do not be fobbed off by a nice letter, you want action!!!.

My objections officially lodged, lets hope we can do something for these poor babies. I dont know how these people live with themselves! all for the almighty $$$$$$$$
