Trinity now home in care is doing better - an easier day all round for our little sweetie.  Trinnie is so gentle and sweet, she feels everything terribly and cries every time she has an injection poor mite.  But we thought long and hard about her recovery.  How DO you look after a dog having surgery on its ONLY back leg?  We have used a belly band around her middle and looped a leash through.  She trit trots outside on her front legs and toilets and then is carried in.  It is working well. We dont expect her to be weight bearing for a while yet, so meanwhile she is happily sitting in her bed sleeping and watching TV.  A very good place to be while recovering...
