You might have seen a story about a dog being rescued that was stranded on ice in the US.  Well the dog did a guest appearance on TV as a result.

The Newswoman roughs up the dogs face with both hands, moves in and out, and yes puts her face right into his, and yep, he bites her face.

The dog will now be euthanased.

We teach our children not to approach dogs they don't know.  To ask the owner if it's ok to pat.  We never rough up a dog or pat a dog heavily that we don't know.  And you never put your face next to a dog you don't know.

What was this woman thinking??

The breed of the dog is a Dogue Argentine.  A banned breed in Australia.  But the breed seems irrelevant when you see how this woman treated the dog, and then its subsequent predictable reaction.

Please remember to monitor your children and others around your dogs, or those you don't know.  It can cost a life.
